We have lovely comfortable communal rooms including:

Double height sitting room and balcony
Dining room/conservatory
Kitchen and planning department*

*A table placed immediately below wall maps of the local area, great for planning walks and trips.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Our bedrooms have the finest linen and the bathrooms have bathss and power showers, lots of hot water and mod cons:

1 master bedroom with en-suite
1 twin/double bedroom
1 bunk bedroom
1 single bedroom
1 family bathroom upstairs, bang next door to the bedrooms
1 double bedroom with en-suite shower on the ground floor - we won't say proper disabled access but it's good for someone who doesn't do stairs.

Useful rooms

These rooms are not so interesting from an aesthetic perspective but are vital to having a happy Scottish holiday:

Utility room with washing machine, dryer, airing cupboard and lovely warm boiler
Ground floor loo
Porch with boot rack and plenty of space for coats and outside clobber.
